Air Fryer Copycat Chinese Buffet Donuts



These delicious donuts from your favorite Chinese buffet can be made in your air fryer. They're incredibly tasty, quick, and simple!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

Crack open the chilled biscuit dough can and take the biscuits out one by one

Cut a donut-shaped hole in the middle of each biscuit using a small round cutter or the lid of a spice container

Don't throw away the donut holes

Set the temperature of your air fryer to 350F 177C

Combine the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl

Melted butter should be brushed on both sides of the donuts and donut holes

With some space between them, arrange the donuts and donut holes in the air fryer basket in a single layer

Cook the donuts in the air fryer for 45 minutes, rotating them midway, or until they are thoroughly cooked and golden brown

After taking the donuts out of the air fryer, quickly coat them evenly by dipping them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture

Chive Cocktail Potato Crisps



You can serve these Chive Cocktail Potato Crisps to guests or eat them yourself as a tasty snack. When you mix crispy potatoes with fragrant chives, you get a great flavor that will impress your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 500g baby potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Toss baby potatoes that have been thinly sliced with olive oil and salt in a bowl until they are well covered

Place the potato slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer

To make the potatoes crispy and golden brown, bake them for 15 to 20 minutes and flip them over halfway through

Take the potato crisps out of the oven and top them with finely chopped fresh chives

Grain-Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes



For those on a Paleo diet, these Grain-Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes are a tasty and nutritious treat. Instead of traditional grains, they are flavorful, moist, and bursting with the goodness of almond and coconut flour.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1/4 cup raisins optional

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F

Almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg should all be combined in a big bowl

Whisk eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup in a separate bowl

Stirring constantly, gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture until thoroughly mixed

Add the chopped walnuts, raisins if using, apple cider vinegar, and shredded carrots

Pour the batter into each of the two-thirds full muffin tins after lining them with cupcake liners

A toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking

After letting the cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling

After they cool, you can choose to eat them plain or frost them with a Paleo-friendly cream cheese frosting
