Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot
